TERMS OF RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
\n1. GENERAL TERMS
\nBy confirming the reservation, the guest confirms that he is familiar with the hotel’s terms of reservation, payment and cancellation.
\nThe hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the credit card in accordance with the conditions stated below.

\n\u2022 Payment for the stay is settled with prepayment or upon arrival.
\n\u2022 The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the guest’s arrival.
\n\u2022 In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged a fee in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
\nGroups
\nA group reservation is considered a reservation of 5 or more rooms.
\n\u2022 To confirm a group reservation, the hotel may request a prepayment or advance payment.
\n\u2022 The remaining amount must be settled no later than 7 days before arrival.
\n\u2022 Any additional services are charged according to actual consumption.
\n\u2022 The hotel reserves the right to issue a pro forma invoice before the group arrives.

\n3. CANCELLATION POLICY \u2013 INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
\n\u2022 Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 2 days before arrival until 18:00.
\n\u2022 In case of cancellation less than 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
\n\u2022 In case of early departure or interruption of the stay during the stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booked stay.

\n4. CANCELLATION POLICY \u2013 GROUP BOOKINGS
\n\u2022 Free cancellation of a group reservation is possible up to 10 days before arrival.
\n\u2022 In case of cancellation 10-7 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
\n\u2022 In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
\n\u2022 Reduction of the number of persons or rooms less than 7 days before arrival is considered a cancellation and may be charged.

\n5. EARLY DEPARTURE
\nIn the event of early departure, interruption of stay or unused nights, the hotel does not refund money for already confirmed or reserved services.
