TERMS OF RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
1. GENERAL TERMS
By confirming the reservation, the guest confirms that he is familiar with the hotel’s terms of reservation, payment and cancellation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the credit card in accordance with the conditions stated below.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Individual guests
• The reservation can be confirmed with prepayment or by agreement.
• Payment for the stay is settled with prepayment or upon arrival.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the guest’s arrival.
• In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged a fee in accordance with the cancellation conditions.
Groups
A group reservation is considered a reservation of 5 or more rooms.
• To confirm a group reservation, the hotel may request a prepayment or advance payment.
• The remaining amount must be settled no later than 7 days before arrival.
• Any additional services are charged according to actual consumption.
• The hotel reserves the right to issue a pro forma invoice before the group arrives.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY – INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
• Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 2 days before arrival until 18:00.
• In case of cancellation less than 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
• In case of early departure or interruption of the stay during the stay, the hotel will charge the full amount of the booked stay.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY – GROUP BOOKINGS
• Free cancellation of a group reservation is possible up to 10 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation 10-7 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
• In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
• Reduction of the number of persons or rooms less than 7 days before arrival is considered a cancellation and may be charged.

5. EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of early departure, interruption of stay or unused nights, the hotel does not refund money for already confirmed or reserved services.

6. EXCEPTIONS
The hotel reserves the right to individually consider individual cases and the possibility of different conditions by prior agreement.
